About Us

Mr Michael Wanis is a Consultant Urological Surgeon practicing in Surrey, Sussex and South London.
He has sub-specialist interests in Benign Prostate Hyperplasia (BPH), as well as Kidney Stones and Andrology. He also manages all aspects of General Urology.
He uses cutting edge minimally invasive surgical techniques to treat BPH including Holmium Laser Enucleation of the Prostate (HoLEP) and Aquablation (Robot-assisted water jet therapy) with the aim of achieving optimal surgical outcomes and recovery whilst minimising side effects and patient downtime.
He practices privately at Ashtead Hospital and Spire Gatwick Park Hospital alongside his NHS role at Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust.
Known for his patient-centred approach and clear communication, Mr Wanis delivers personalised care tailored to individual needs. He is also engaged in global healthcare initiatives, research publications, peer review, and international professional associations.
